I know they will refuse the Chase Explorer one time passes if they're full, but there's no way they're refusing United Club cardholders over others much less going around kicking people out who are already in there.
I am a lifetime member to the UNITED Club (dating back to the Easter Airlines Ionosphere days) and a Presidential Plus credit card holder, I have twice been refused entry to a UA Club because they were full.
The last time the Club employee smiled while doing which was rather offputting, I understand being full, but smiling saying sorry that you cannot come in is just weird.
