Let's imagine you bought an Economy T flex fare for 400€ and want to change for a new flight and there is no more T fare available in the new flight and the cheapest available is B for 550€, you won't pay a change fee but you will pay a fare adjustment for the difference between T and B (150€).

Yes, I understand that. My original ticket was in T class and it wouldn't let me change back into another T (I'm not sure of the T restrictions, so maybe that is why). But when I cancelled and bought a new one, the new one ticketed into T.

I just don't understand why I could cancel and get back into the same fare class, but not change it staying within that fare class, if that class was available for purchase. Also, that doesn't explain the difference in pricing depending on which browser that I used.
