The next class of service for economy is business class, so no, Delta Gold does not get you upgraded to Latam's business class. In fact Delta Gold members don't get upgraded to their own business class on long haul flights either (unless economy class is oversold and you are lucky eoungh there is no higer status members on the upgrade list))
