Just to also point out that The Club at PHX no longer exists. Eligible BA lounge guests get to use the Escape Lounge. It's in the same location but is an Amex operated lounge. The OW site has it down as being open from 3.30 pm for BA customers. The Admirals Clubs at PHX would also be an option if flying in Club World or if you have OWS / OWE status. If you have an Amex Platinum card then the Centurion Lounge would also be available.
