For anyone that's tried to help or or anyone that's reading. Just wanted to give an update. I gave the CSR team a call to see if they could help me out with it before I file a dispute and guess what they did, just forwarded me back to the Chase Travel team again. LOL so I got on the phone and talked with a specialist, forwarded to a sup that never said a word and phone hung up. Whoever it was didn't even bother to call me back. So after about 10 mins, I called the travel team back, they forwarded me to a sup that actually worked with me and made some progress. Told the sup all my issues. She read the notes and agreed with everything I said. The difference in her and the other sups, she forwarded this issue to the accounting department and told them I had the proof that I was trying to cancel and see if they could cut me a check for the price of the flight ticket. The last ten sups I spoke with all forwarded the info I gave them to the IT department. I think one of the main difference this time also that really helped is that she was stateside. She said the callers could always ask for someone domestic and they'll route you to someone domestic versus someone overseas.
