I think Hong Kong Express (CX’s budget arm) already has SCHEDULED flights to these regional airports:
Hiroshima (HIJ)
Ishigaki (ISG)
Kagoshima (KOJ)
Kumamoto (KMJ)
Nagasaki (NGS)
Okinawa (OKA)
Miyako (Shimojishima) (SHI)
Takamatsu (TAK)
I am sure there are other airlines in Korea and Taiwan offering scheduled services to these airports also.
