I have had access to a few different 'concierge services' over the years, including one with my current bank that makes some frankly outrageous claims, and have come to the conclusion that they are useless, or at least I have not yet determined a setting in which they may be useful!

Only reason I have used them in the past - but GGL can provide F menus too.
GGL will also give you CW menus if you want them.
