Just had a good stay here. Cash rates are high (often above $400/night), though not out of line with other properties in Midtown these days. Relative to cash rates it was a great use of free night certs, although points prices seem to have jumped up a bit recently (consistent with many other properties, as documented on another thread).

I applied SNAs and received a one-bedroom suite (I checked both that and the junior suite as options). SNAs cleared at the 5-day window. The suite was large and the design was modern (reminded me of a Thompson or a newer Kimpton), with a wet bar area including a microwave. Nicely curated minibar (the "cornbread crisps" were very tasty). Only disappointment was that the bathroom was pretty basic for a suite, with no tub, just a single vanity, and the toilet in a water closet type room but without the door you might expect separating it from the rest of the bathroom. The pictures for the suite on the website show a bathroom with big windows, which was not what we had.

Breakfast is either a set continental offering or $20 per person off the regular menu, which was applied as about $26 pp credit to include tax and tip. Breakfast was tasty but did take a few minutes to prepare, so leave time.

The pool is small but nice, with an adjoining restaurant and drink/food waiter service to your lounger chair. A bit of a design miss though in that it is on the 9th floor and surrounded by taller buildings, so only got direct sun from about 11:30am to 2:30pm while I was there (possible the sun may peek around the tall office building again to the southwest later in the afternoon).

Gym is fairly basic, with a half-dozen cardio machines, a leg press machine, a chest press machine, a shoulder press machine, and some dumbbells and kettle bells up to 50lbs.

So, I would return if the price was attractive and I wanted to be in Midtown, but will probably try something else the next time I'm in Atlanta, especially if I'm hoping to spend time at the pool.
