【help】What to do when Marriott account get audited and email sent not responded
I earned myself to marriott titanium member through several years of travel, hardly complained or anything. Last week I tried points transfer for first time (just needed a little extra) to book a hotel in Japan for my anniversary, then my account get audited. I tried to write emails to loyalty team but got no response for now.... Don't know what to do. I heard that it might take months for audit team to respond, is that true???
BTW, can the lurker do anything about it?? Really need some help.
