I have flown for a couple of decades occasionally on UA in First domestic/Business (international) and just came back from Denver to Calgary. I noticed a significant improvement over the "trash" meals (if you even want to call some of them that)/snacks I have received in recent years (even up into last autumn).

While it is still airplane food, the Thai meat balls and a "spicy" chicken dish on this last trip were more than passable. I may not avoid UA so much now. Wine and beer selection could improve but overall I was more satisfied than I have been in a long time.
