You know what is crazy, I sent a message last night to CX on their WhatsApp customer support line and they said only the Deck and when I questioned the rationale of 8 showers for J for the whole airport they said only the Deck and not the Pier. This was after having to evade the AI bot which has no answers at all.

And if you go the the lounge page for the Pier J, it does not show showers. If you use the "Feature filter" on the CX overall lounge page and select showers it only shows the Deck and the Wing F as having showers (e.g. it doesn't say the Pier F either) . I get the impression the help agents on chat just look at the web page.

Never mind the CX website generally mentions 5, 6, or 7 lounges (depending on the web page) which all feature showers.

All that said, I am most likely to go to the Deck initially due to where I clear security but it would be nice to have the airline itself, and its agents, be able to provide accurate information.
