Another UG professor failure..

EF notified me at T-17 hours that U space had opened; J3U3 and WL length was 5. The upgrade system did not run. I was WL#1 and I texted AS regarding this; and, the agent manually pushed me (rather than the list) through. Now, J2U2. It remained this way overnight when at some point J0U0 and the WL remained unchanged. So, WL#2/3 lost out on the complimentary upgrades because the system failed to run - period. 🤙🏻🍹
