I must have misunderstood the Hyatt rep, she said no EQN, but got ‘tier nights’? Idk what tier nights are, but i called Hyatt again and they confirmed nothing towards status.
I’m currently, on the phone with AmexTravel trying to cancel so I can rebook with Hyatt direct.
