The posting date is all that matters, which is check-in date, so you should get the bonus for that stay.
Now whether the 30% bonus will be automatically applied by AA is an entirely different story, especially if the stay doesn't post until a week or two later (after 11/15) when your bonus has been "turned off" in the system by AA.
If it doesn't post automatically that would be due to AA's crappy IT with regards to this whole 20/30 bonus, not because your dates didn't qualify (at which point a call to AAdvantage Customer Service would be in order to get it fixed).
