I have never seen an upgrade offer. I had heard about them, and downgraded to the no-fee card in hopes of getting one. Then Covid hit, then the Food & Beverage credit hit, and it just wasn't as important. But even after F&B, if I got an offer, I would probably bite. In the meantime, IHG and Hyatt are getting more business.
