1 - this is unclear, but as 50K and up travelling in Y get EK lounge access in DXB, one could extrapolate...
2 - yes you will earn regular Aeroplan miles, nothing else

Yes, any changes to an itinerary with EK segments will be repriced if the EK segments have not been flown already. Just like if said redemption included AC segments.
