Recent 3 night stay here, upgraded to a "superior" room with a balcony & pool area view (sadly far too cold to use the pool...).

Drink vouchers on checkin, staff checking in daily via SMS. Very prompt room service and housekeeping responses. Only ate one room service dinner at the hotel, prefer to get light breakfast components from New World. The steak was decent enough, actually better than the one from Sky City Grand AKL.

Not bad, Christchurch has always been hard work for hotels - better than the last place I stayed "The Heritage".
