You'll arrive in Terminal B. Aa.com says the Admirals Club has a shower. You have to leave airside to get to the BA lounge. It's their best lounge in the US, IMHO, but I wouldn't spend all day there. I'd catch breakfast in the AC and then spend the day in Boston. Or, I'd get a day room at the Hilton.
