I wonder if this gives an idea of the actual opening date, perhaps?
Seems plausible - cutting a little close to change the opening this close to the alleged "Winter 2023"

They've also released some more photos. Rooms are small and look similar to the Tokyo Edition, which I did not like, but have Nemohamo toiletries, which I do like. Standard suites are not obvious based on the rooms / suites tab and hopefully they don't end up as an exclusion.
