Last night's pizza was at Mokus near Trocadero in Paris - a very verde offering with basil cream instead of actual cheese. Still, it tasted generally nice. Love that Paris offers tap water for free.



But, tonight's pizza - now this was a PIZZA PIE!!!! Pizzeria Popolare near Bourse Station in Paris - thank goodness, I was able to get a reservation while standing in line 10 minutes prior to opening - the line extended down the block. The White Lotus pizza with pesto, mortadella, straccitella, and ricotta cream was as divine as it looked - a light and fluffy crust! I will be coming here every day for the rest of the week.
