I used both its app and the web.
Last week when I booked both meals, I did it via the web. Yesterday when I made the change, I did it via the app. What I do note via the app is that it won't allow me to change the meal for the return (not that I want to) as it is more than 7 days, but the web did not pose such a problem.
Tried again.. failed again... I suppose I would have to contend with their 'in cabin' offering.
