The Good: Wonderful crew, meal service didn't start until after we flew over Cleveland due to turbulence. They made up for it with extremely efficient and proactive service. I have really had some great crew experiences recently.

The Bad: The butternut squash was atrocious. United needs to bring back some decent menu options to this "premium route." I know no-one flies for the food, but I have at least had some meals that I could at least tolerate on this route pre-pandemic. Bring back printed menus with the 3 choices for a meal. Bring back the appetizer course and assorted bread basket, also the draped linens for presentation. The cost-saving measures have gotten old and United needs to step it up; I have United's back on most things, but this is getting ridiculous.
