Normally, I would never quote myself, but I just added the above info to the original post.
Point rates have been loaded now for this LXR hotel and they are 80000 points every night for a standard room. Which in this case looks like a good value, because the regular rates are over $400+ tax + a daily mandatory charge of $40. I'm in doubt only if this will be waved for reward stays, because it is not called a so called 'resort fee'.
