Between T4 & TBIT (Tom Bradley Terminal) is a walkway that very simply connects the two terminals.
Currently, I believe TBIT to T2/T3 (Delta) still requires the use of a shuttle that picks up at a gate area on the far north end of TBIT.
However, you can connect between these terminals completely airside.
You may also exit the terminals at any time.
