I wrote up a detailed review on tripadvisor. The general manager mentioned several times that he hoped we would submit a review to Trip Advisor when we returned home. Everyone was super attentive and there is an awesome staff.

When you land in Nairobi, go to the Safaricom sales desk, located in the airport right after immigration and get an eSim card. They set it up and load data right onto your phone. We each got 5 Gig of data for $12 cash per person. It was perfect for 8 days.
