Completed a 3 night cash rate stay at this property last week. Hotel completely full, no upgrade. Front desk staff very polite and definitely went through thorough hospitality training. In room welcome gift was a bottle of port and desserts for two. Breakfast (buffet style) food quality was mediocre. Service attentive. Bar menu and dining room menu different - food is passable. New hotel so everything is new and sparkling. Nice walk into town and back even with the mild incline at times. Uber is readily available and never much of a wait.
