PDB of orange juice or water, followed by a choice of frittata or Belgian waffle that then did not get served for a while because we had to fly through some heavy chop. I was worried that would result in breakfast coming out cold or overdone, but mine arrived fine, if on the farther end of the sugary spectrum of sweet breakfast entrees because of the jam/fruit compote on top of the waffle. The croissant was good too; it looks deconstructed because I'd already started eating it.



No hot towel before breakfast, but the beverage service by this younger FA crew was attentive throughout.
