Exactly. This isn’t like the MAX fixes/changes.
Some pilot error - then self reported - some retraining of those pilots versus a fleet wide retraining.
This didn’t result in systemwide new procedures.
Mistakes happen everyday.

This. Nothing was covered up. The pilots made a mistake, self reported, and were retrained. UA didn't do a fleet wide safety stand down because it wasn't warranted.
