What happens after positive feedback through airline website?
I had really great inflight service on a recent long-haul flight. Unfortunately there was no time after landing to tell the flight attendants and one flight attendant in particular in person that I really cherished their service. So I decided to go through the airline website and submit a form with positive feedback. After like 4 weeks I got an answer stating that my feedback has been forwarded to the team concerned which is great. As I do this for the very first time: Do the flight attendants have the opportunity to reply if they want to or is it just a one-way street for the customer to give feedback? What info is even given to them?
