You will get the 250€ compensation. But I doubt EW will pay 400€ for the taxi. The costs are outrageous. You as a customer are still obliged to minimize the costs ( e.g. taking a rental car, taking a train which runs every 30 minutes between HAM and BRE).
Why you didn't take a private jet between HAM and BRE and get it reimbursed by EW?
