I am here at present, on a last minute stay. No card printed at check-in so had to fill in all the details by hand. Globalist (not lifetime) acknowledged. No snack in room. Booked room with Balcony which is nice. No noise from trains which run nearby. Staff are friendly. Breakfast on the ground floor featured an omelette station and was much better than a Hyatt Place offering.
Rooms are fine, a little worn but clean and bright. Shower, no bath, in the room. No door to bathroom but one to toilet.
Water delivered each day and declined housekeeping and so offered free mini-bar. In fact they did a quick refresh when we were out.
