Food offering is not something EK F stands out in. Apart from the caviar, it seems sort of standard (as far as mains are concerned) that you get the J menu with one additional item. The presentation is a lot better, but the food quality is the same. Wines is a completely different story: J wines plus usually quite a good choice of really good stuff. And Dom of course.
At least that is my experience on flights between 6 and 10 hours. never done an ULH.
