I have been told that everyone at the EXP desk is a supervisor. However, they also offered to transfer me to a different agent (presumably with no wait other than being next up, though I didn't take them up on it -- as it turned out, it was more of a job for customer service than a reservations agent)

Other times when I was trying to do something that was allowed within the rules but the agent wasn't sure they have been able to put me on hold and call someone and ask.
