We stayed at 4P Sienna (it actually is outside Sienna just a few miles on the north, with 6 min drive to the major parking at Sienna edge where you take elevators going up the hill) first week of May 2023 at 46.5K for 5 nights.

Looking at the same period 2024, the nightly costs are 12.5, 13, 21 (on a Wed) 13, and 13. So the total would become 60K versus 46.5K this past May for the identical dates in 2024. Yes it goes up, but not outrageously so - primarily it is jacked up on the Wed with 21K. Must be a conference on that date or a few tour groups on that date. The rest of May are primarily at 13, with a few days at 15, and 2 midweek days 05/14 and 15, unavailable. It is about a 10% jump comparing to May 2023. Though the May 2023 booking also had at least 1 if not 2, repricing that I took advantage to lower the total cost by a few thousand points.

Also I am not sure the hotel cash rates could stay up at $400 and above currently seen in many US towns, that makes you scratch your head, between now and 2024.
