Quick question: So based on your previous experience with the Akyra group, even though it's a SLH, did they still try to upgrade Globalists to a better room/suite at Akyra even though they don't have to per Hyatt T&C? The reason I asked is I'm having a trip to Chiang Mai and I'm thinking if I should stay at Akyra Manor or Le Meridien. My decision will be based on upgrade and breakfast since both of their locations are excellent.
