EP-CK agents are all supervisor level. What u have to ask for is the manager on duty. Or better yet have them call their help desk to understand what can be done vs making things up.

Recently had a trip eligible for a weather waiver and was refused a change on connection city and changing to co-terminal airport. Clearly allowed per saleslink. It seems like the agents are reading off the text on AA.com that is more vague.
When I pushed, then the agent made up rules saying it is an award ticket and needs original inventory to change. When I asked for a supervisor they claimed they were the supervisor. This is the EXP line btw. HUCA only works when you have enough time and the wait times are reasonable
