huh, that was a new one to me.

FA was surly, had a massive coffee stain on her uniform blouse, bad breath, and argued with me when it seemed at least coffee had been available at some point during her journeys…

Wrote into Customer Care and received a $100 discount code 5 days later.
From a reddit post I saw by an AS employee this is new cost cutting rolling out. Snack baskets and drinks are not refilled at each station and will be limited and once they run out they run out thats it. likely part of the rumored new limits on snacks and drinks for all passengers. I got an FA to provide me with discount codes on the tablet for service and other issues but they never got into the system and when I wrote into customer care I just got a form reply saying they valued my feedback but no discounts for me :-(
