Because nowadays it seems normal to be rude, asking for everything and so on. I know it’s crazy. Look what happened this week in Oxford street. People decided it’s cool to go and steal from the shops… Logic and reasoning has long gone. A few weeks ago I was returning in CE. Someone decided to self upgrade from Economy. IFM came around and asked him politely if he has changed seats. The guy was quite rude telling her that the seat was empty and he can’t see why not. He even produced his business class ticket which was from a previous flight! IFM was amazing and calm and she managed to “convince” him to go back to Y. He said he will go after he finishes his drink… ( drinks provided due to a 40 mins delay).
