Is there an airside transfer available for incoming Delta passengers who will be departing from the Bradley International terminal?

When Delta was on the other (south) side of all the concourses, you could walk thru all the terminals (including Bradley) without exiting the secured area. The terminals on the north side didn't have that convenience, and Delta is now on the north side.
