China Airlines Lounge Access and Business Class
In early November I'll be flying China Airlines SIN-TPE-NRT in J. I'll be on a 333 and 359. Which lounge will i have access to in SIN and what is the CI J experience like.

If it helps, I'll be coming inbound from BA16 in W, I will have a 4.5 hour transit.
