The oneworld lounge indicator shows CX does have a lounge at NRT

Airport Lounges: oneworld Lounges & Airport Lounge Access | oneworld

However if memory serves ( last visit was pre covid ) the CX NRT lounge is a poorer relation ( not as good as) to the very good HND lounge
