Checked in earlier today for a short 2 night stay and overall quite positive. Had booked entry level room and got upgraded to Ren Suite on the 21floor. Have only Marriott Platinum. Day before it looked like Club Room in the app, must have have moved to the higher category on the day of arrival. Check in club lounge, though fairly slow. Took a good 10 to 15mins to check in there, and then another 20mins from getting the key card to receiving the suitcases upstairs. Pool quite OK though smallish.
