I have been trying to book a hotel in Jamaica for April of next year through the citi travel portal. The dates show available but when I try to complete the booking it says there was a system error. I see a pending transaction hit the credit card and then get an email that says the reservation was canceled. When i called in they said that i cant book anything over 6 months out, can anyone confirm this? seems insane to me.
