Does anyone have a copy of/link to the report rather than a journalist's opinion of it?

I'm not seeing it on NTSB.gov [though, IMO the relatively new design makes it harder to find everything, so I could just be not seeing it] nor is the report included in the public docket (https://data.ntsb.gov/Docket?ProjectID=106734) which the NTSB has generally been doing with more recent investigations.
