I get FJ miles and points credited to my QF account in about a week. You need to file a missing points claim with BA. I've dome it a couple of times and it usually appears a day or two later.
As an aside, FJ are excellent. The A350 LAX-NAN si a great J-class product and a decent oneWorld way of accessing Aus and NZ. FJ lounge is pretty ok as the airport is a squeeze airside. The MAX and 738s have a decent J-class product and I have taken FJ to SIN from NZ for a great fare.
