I ran into this issue on flights between Seattle to Reno and Portland to Reno. The flight attendants barked at me saying nobody anywhere in the main cabin (including Premium Class) gets ANY alcohol on ANY regional flight, except for first class. They said from hereon in Premium Class only gets water and nothing else. When I told her I was a 100K and the flight was over 350 miles, I was given a stern "NO" to anything except water. I think the Flight Attendants are making up their own rules so they don't have to work. I filed a complain with customer care but just got a form letter back from them a few months later saying "sorry". The form letter didn't even mention the reason I contacted them. Very poor follow-up.

If enough people complain, they will get service back to the levels it's supposed to be at. Many of the people sitting in premium class felt cheated that they weren't getting what they paid for. This needs to get fixed.
