If enough people complain, they will get service back to the levels it's supposed to be at. Many of the people sitting in premium class felt cheated that they weren't getting what they paid for. This needs to get fixed.
Is RNO service limited by the whole “prepare the cabin early” due to turbulence on approach? I’ve heard that excuse used on LAS flights before. Otherwise, I don’t really see a rationale for not doing a full beverage service. SEA-RNO is 560 miles, so well above the cut-off.
