Cancel and reapply with timing in mind is the ONLY option. Change payment date would not affect the date of account opened therefore the anniversary date. I am in the same boat of an IHG cert except the IHG Select card is no longer available for many years and I don’t want to give up the10% rebate on redemption that stacked with the 4th night free from the Premiere.
