I would presume that AS does not have catering available at DAL, as the earliest flight (AS411) shows "Continental Breakfast" as the only option, whereas moving onto a later flight (AS583/589) results in more standard mid-con pre-order options such as F&C, chili, tamales, and mac & cheese. Those later departures are likely catered on the inbound.

You can perform such previewing by looking at the "preview full menu" option on the flight status page for a departure occurring within T-72 hours.
