I just completed a stay at their Sky Terrace Suite and while the suite is very nice, the hotel continues to offer an underwhelming to unacceptable experience. I stayed at five different Park Hyatt hotels this year and PHNY is just very poorly run and managed. Every other Park Hyatt does so much better in almost every aspect. It's hard to understand why a Hyatt owned so called flagship property gets away with such a mediocre performance.
