Updating this thread with current information:

I flew out of Santiago SCL in April 2023 on Avianca, and I'm Gold status with Copa. There is no lounge currently in SCL airport for Avianca or Copa. The only lounge available was a Priority Pass lounge and I wasn't allowed in.
